Probably one of the better DMs I've played with throughout my entire D&D career (17 years plus). Is engaging and crafts intriguing plots while also juggling personal quests of all of the players as well, and it helps that he is good at making voices for the various NPCs in play - especially team mascots. Is fair and always answers any personal questions that come up during the week.
