Dave has been at the helm of several games in which I have been a player. He is a meticulous storyteller who crafts intricately detailed worlds populated by interesting and engaging characters. He goes to great lengths to create an immersive and enjoyable experience for everyone at his table. Rather than simply following a pre-written format, he listens to and develops stories based on the interests and decisions of the players. In my experience, his campaigns have all presented opportunities for both diplomatic intrigue and challenging martial conflict. He took time to involve the backstory of characters I created into the campaign, weaving NPCs I mentioned in a character's biography into locations we visited and made them more than a cameo appearance. He made my characters feel a part of the world through the attention he gave to the stories I wrapped around their numbers and mechanics. Dave is passionate about the hobby of tabletop roleplaying and I have always enjoyed being a player at his table. I am confident you will as well.

Mike (as well as his players) did an excellent job of making me feel immediately welcome in his group despite it being an already established group and storyline. He helped me to quickly gain some familiarity with a unique rule system I had never used before. Both his guidance and tools he had took time to develop for use in his game made it easy for me to drop in and hit the ground running. He is a responsive and confident GM. I consider myself lucky to have stumbled my way to his table!
