Dean is an excellent GM/DM. He knows the rules very well and will rule things fairly if it can be persuaded or rule of cool. Allows for fun character creations and crazy adventures. Have played many one shots with him and am in one of his campaigns. Highly recommended for new players. I brought 4 brand new players with me into a one shot and he was very good at helping, giving hints/ideas, and letting the players learn. Explained actions taken and why so the new players understood why they had to roll this or that.
