Will is absolutely incredible at building a story, animating the characters he's impersonating, and encouraging players to be involved in the making of the campaign and active gameplay. He invites and listens to everyone's feedback and is open to considering how everyone feels. He is patient with those who are learning how to play. What I appreciate about Will is how sincere he is about his love for the game. You can easily tell that he genuinely loves bringing people together to play. He is thoughtful and patient and wants everyone to enjoy themselves. DnD can be perceived as complex when you set up a character and begin to play that character in instances of roleplay and combat. It can be overwhelming at first, which is why I also appreciate Will's personal love for the game because he is prepared and ready to help anyone who is still learning how to play the game. I couldn't possibly recall how many times I've needed him to repeat a rule or reference - but even so he is so good about helping everyone learn and is very encouraging and celebrates moments of character and player growth. He's an amazing leader in this way. Anyone who plays with Will, will benefit from his personal and genuine love of DnD. They will be invited into an immersive experience of personal growth in and outside the game. They will have a patient guide who will be sensitive and considerate of feelings and curiosity. They will meet a friend and will have a wonderful experience that will introduce an exciting adventure to life.
