Could not recommend Phil more; for beginners and advanced adventurers alike! Phil is so good about giving each player their moment and making your experience feel so immersive and enjoyable. His characters are believable and usually get a good chuckle. He gives a lot of space to be creative while also ensuring adventures are rich with detail. I’ve played with Phil in both a campaign and one-shots and would recommend him to anyone! Simply exceptional.
