In the pbp pf2e game I'm in, Reece has the perfect balance between being laid-back and funny, and being 'professional'. He makes sure everyone knows what they're doing (in-game and on the pratical side), and then he lets things happen the way the players decide, only and seemlessly bringing in the next part of the story when all is settled. Thanks to Reece (and some good fellow players), it feels like we are writing a cute little story, even if it's a pre-written adventure.

Luke is welcoming, describes a world of possibilities and lets players choose what to do. Sometimes it's quick, big-picture stuff, and sometimes it's just over-focussing on the tiniest details: he patiently sees where the players want to go and is prepared to go there.
