Bob has been a GM and player in my games for a couple of years now, and he is always prepared and allows each character to have moments that matter. He checks in before and after games to make certain everyone is comfortable with the subject matter, and to ensure that everyone isn't too shaken. He genuinely cares about his players and helps them to weave the story they wish to tell with their characters.
