Derek does an incredible job describing details of events and scenarios, which makes it very easy to picture what's happening in your mind. Very accommodating to new players and does a great job guiding through new mechanics. Had a great time and would gladly play again!

HDMI allows for boatloads of player freedom and creativity, making sure that no matter how much you mess around or how little you understand what you are doing you get to have a fantastic time. The world building, stories and interactions in his games are next level and how much the DM bends over backwards to permit all kinds of tomfoolery and shenanigans while still having a cohesive and well paced adventure is outstanding. I highly recommend HDMI for any and all kinds of players as he's been especially welcoming and helpful to myself as an inexperienced player while also hosting games for many veterans of tabletop!
