Ben is great working with players both new and old to build a top tier story and tailor their character to have a fun and engaging time in the world he works with you to create. He's also great at help newer players settle in to the game, while still not "holding punches" with veteran players who are looking for that. Overall of the DM/GM's I have played with Ben is by far and away the best, as outside of the above he offers great communication, audio and visual aids during all sessions.
