Neal's a great Dungeon Master, sessions flow smoothly and allow for tons of character building moments. They're clearly very well versed on both the technical and game side of things, which made online sessions feel just as engaging and thorough as in-person ones. Also very accommodating to our group that had first-time players all across the world, with pretty short times to play. Every session felt notable and well thought out. My favorite moment was during a dungeon... our group had missed an obvious hint and got lost, so Neal changed a passage to loop back to an earlier section on the fly. It was totally transparent, to us players it gave us a cool: "Woah no way, we're back here—!" kind of moment, fixed the pacing and got us back on track. It made me realize how unique of a hand-crafted experience D&D can give you when you pair up with a well versed DM. I've played a lot of D&D games over the years and Neal's been the best DM I've had so far, I'd highly recommend them for any first-time/beginner, or experienced players alike!
