Anna is always prepared and puts in the work to create a fun and inclusive game where player creativity is rewarded. She ensures that NPCs and monsters in encounters are brought to life with quirky responses, differing battle tactics and (not overly) dramatised voices. She seems to attract fun loving and committed players and encourages a sense of community.
