I love Neemster, I've known him a long time and he's always been consistently great at storytelling. He features quite a lot of personal growth and stories for each player character and puts a lot of care into how players interact with the world. He doesn't really railroad much, more content to offer choices for us and let us deal with the consequences. Going with this is player feedback which he is very good at gauging and adjusting with. Above all, he's a comfy person to be around and interact with. My groups have a lot of fun hanging around and being silly but the story remains in-depth and serious, despite our occasional derailments.
