I have been playing with Dash for more than a year after not playing D&D since I was a teenager (gulp, 20+ years ago). I forgot how much I missed immersing myself in the game and really caring about my character! His sessions are always a highlight of my week and I can't recommend him enough. Every Tuesday night, he brings his A game. He loves improv no matter what innane ideas we throw at him and he finds ways to bring back small plot lines weeks later (even those not in the module). He has a new voice for every scenario and he really pushes us to think about what is motivating us. He mixes combat and role play and lets us chart our own path. If we want to go off script, cool. If we want to race to the next chapter, totally fine! When he learns how we approach situations, he tosses in curveballs to keep us on our toes. On a more human level, recently, when some players got in a small tiff, he paused the game to help us work it through. I was honestly not expecting him to jump in like that and it really showed to me how much he cared about us enjoying the experience. I could write more! Try him out if you get the chance.
