Red is a consummate professional. He is always prepared, has a thorough knowledge of the rules and use of the VTT. He is dependable. But also fun! He is encouraging and wants to see the players succeed.

Ray is an excellent GM. While familiar with D&D, I came into playing a Blades in the Dark system game (Scum and Villainy) with zero experience. Ray is patient and enthusiastic, demonstrating an extensive knowledge of the game with professional guidance. He is quick with constructive feedback and examples, genuinely concerned with improving the player's play and experience.

He was technologically savvy, had no problem running the game, as well as talking through how to use the interface for less experienced users. He kept the game moving. He encouraged players to banter and explore but helped them out from getting mired down in inconsequential details/getting sidetracked. He interacted with the characters’ personalities appropriately and creatively. The game was suited for the characters’ levels, neither too easy or difficult. He made suggestions and helped with the rules kindly. Very patient and never showed any annoyance, which I don’t think he ever became.
