They make up for their limited variety of voices by creating distinct NPCs and developing relationships between NPCs and players. They keep up with player-NPC interactions so well and on the fly that sometimes I wonder if the scenario(s) they've created was improv or prewritten in the campaign. - Takes the time pre- and post- sessions to help players set up their characters.
