ParryDuckKill was the first DM I had ever played under and I am proud say his games have given me the most memorable, vivid D&D moments in my entire tabletop gaming career. ParryDuckKill uses his experience as a screenwriter to cultivate an incredible world around his players' characters, one which had been prepared weeks in advance. If he's running a pre-written module, he can take one look at it and very confidently tell you what he would do to make it even better. He works very hard to design a captivating experience and takes his players' opinions on his game and story to heart. He's knowledgeable on the rules of the game until he isn't, at which point he defers to the more knowledgeable or comes up with a temporary solution to keep the game moving, while reminding himself to look it up later. His rulings are fair, but do not hamper the motion or enjoyment of the game. But most importantly, ParryDuckKill is human, not a robot. His games aren't mindless and repetitive. He makes mistakes like anyone, but accepts them with grace. I am honored to play in a game ran by him, and hope to play with him for as long as he can tolerate me and my antics. Thanks, prick.
