Kyle uses a dynamic range of voices and affectations to bring life to his NPCs. When roleplaying these characters his improv skills are smooth and natural...it really seems like you are talking to them. Kyle is very knowledgeable about the rules, but is willing to hear out alternative interpretations if something tricky comes up. He is generally pretty strict about the rules when it comes to players trying to cheese common mechanics, but he's very accommodating when players think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to interesting problems or puzzles. He was very patient as we deliberated about things we wanted to do, but he knew when it was time to gently move us along without making us feel rushed.

Pedro is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are new to the game, or even just new to your class he has the general knowledge to help you out and guide you on your D&D journey. I am very, very new to D&D, and Pedro is extremely helpful and patient with me as I learn the game, and he lets me roll my own dice, which is nice because rolling virtual dice feels like I'm missing out on a core D&D experience. He is also very flexible and accommodating. If there's something a player needs he will go out of his way to try and make it happen. Highly recommend.
