Axel knew the rules, and knew when to bend them for thematic and/or fun things to happen! He lead us through a one shot with variety, well paced and room for both RP and combat. He made sure we were comfortable with the potentially uncomfortable aspects (like gore etc.) of the game, and was open to feedback, creating a safe and inclusive environment. He also made an effort to ensure quieter players voices were heard and they had their moment in the spotlight. He dealt very well with a tech issue right at the beginning, continuing to create a smooth and visually engaging game despite Roll20 acting up as it often does! I would highly recommend him.

I had an amazing time with Cara as a DM for a home brew one shot. She is incredible at painting the picture, while also encouraging fun RP between players. She also makes balanced and fun combat. She has built an awesome world with interconnected one shots so it feels like there is an opportunity to really develop characters without the need to attend weekly sessions. I would highly recommend her for new and experienced players alike.

I had a great time playing a one shot with Mark, he was a great DM weaving an amazing story for a one shot and encouraging roleplay moments even though it was just a oneshot. I would highly recommend him.

He weaves a great story and encourages player creativity and exploration/roleplay a lot in the one shot I played which I love as oneshots are often more combat focused. I had an amazing time playing with him!
