I've played in many games of Bipolar's over the past few years, in both 5E and more recently PF2E. He's an excellent GM, but I would say his best trait is adapting to the hijinks that players get up to. He's able to seamlessly bring everything together to tell a coherent story.

Kobold DM always keeps the game moving at a good pace, and is very knowledgeable on the rules. We're playing a combat heavy campaign, but there's still many opportunities for roleplay.
