Sam is an awesome DM! I've been playing for a few sessions now and Sam has shown himself to be capable, fair, and fun. He provides challenge and room for creativity. There's never a single clear path to how we can approach a scenario, it is entirely our choice and Sam is effortlessly ready to adapt with characters, events, music, and just the best voices. I'm very lucky to have found him online. Sam handles communication with professionalism and will support you along the way. I'd highly recommend giving him a try.

This is a review for a friend I met through in person D&D who, during lockdown, gave DMing a shot online. I remember thinking in his first one shot that he's got what it takes to do this long term. He's curious, and excited about where players will take the story and, baffling even himself, has got the confidence to make fair decisions. I've then joined his online game partway and have stayed as a player for at least 25 sessions because he is really passionate about telling a story with the players. He's got a story that I'm curious to explore but he -wants- the players to lead it (and make a mess of it). He fosters silly and fun! He still has lots to learn, as we all, but the groundwork is there for a great DM. Give him a try and remember to be kind ^^
