Ryan Shaw is a great dm that really allows you to explore your character. If you bring an interesting character backstory or concept to him he will help you flush it out, sometimes give you special items or abilities that evolve as your character dose. Most the games I’ve played in his games have been homebrew and a ton of fun. He is also creating homebrew classes that in some cases can be used in his games. Ryan is really good at balancing his monsters are challenging but he will work around the party comp if you don’t have a healer or a tank you should be fine.
