Dev is one of the rare DM's who is able to blend engaging story telling with seamless rule integration. They encourage creative and strong player builds with powerful magic items in tier 4 play, and is somehow still able to create encounters that are both extremely challenging and fair (and tense, but in good way!). If you are looking for high level 5e play, definitely try out one of Dev's games.
