Note that this review is written to reflect this GM's informational introduction to Vaesen, which is not a game. Consequently, most of the tags I could pick to describe this GM are not applicable in this case. Nevertheless, this introduction was well-structured and highly informative. The GM's voice was clear and at an appropriate volume level. He also answered every question that arose, including a few that were not directly about the game itself. In this introduction, the GM also mentioned some of the real-world locales and indigenous peoples relevant to the game's background and lore. To this end, he also delineated between the real influences and the fictional treatment of those influences. His coverage of the rules and mechanics of the game was detailed and clear. Upon completion of this game (lesson), I felt fully prepared to participate in a game session as player. Although you will likely require a healing activity at the tavern upon completion (you will have to enroll to ask the GM to find out ;), this is very highly recommended!

Adam ran the hand-crafted session masterfully, not only handling all player actions deftly, but also providing detailed and often specific knowledge of weaponry and architecture without delay. A fully immersive experience with the action only interrupted by my own ramblings and ravings. Digging into the investigative meat of the scenario was pure joy. A satisfying and pleasurable experience that left me thinking about what transpired long after we disengaged. Very highly recommended!

The group was full and Tony kept everything on track. The party split and he still handled everything smoothly. Every question was answered satisfactorily and every player action was handled fairly and logically. Highly recommended!
