Mike Lee does a wonderful job of telling a story, getting players to invest in that story, and balancing between role play (character development) and "fighting bad guys"! Our group is actually putting together a 'Source Book' -- just a collection of 'journal entries', some downtime RP scenes, and other pieces of useful information as a supplement to our first Season... as we prepare for Season 2. On top of all this, Mike is rules friendly. He wants the story to flow, and doesn't get bogged down in the minutiae of rules. "We'll fix it in post" is a good way of explaining that.
