About Zer0
Born the same year as RPGs— Im a old salty elitist RPG nerd, so I’m not adding “TT” in front of the original. 41 years playing. 33 years running a persistent world Rifts campaign. 40+ players through the door. First haul: AD&D DMG, Monster Manual, and PHB—$20 from a family friend. Second system: Battletech… because I thought it was the Robotech RPG. Then I found Robotech for real, which led me to Palladium. Palladium led me to Rifts. Rifts led me to my wife.

Palladium because KS days it is just a framework.
When I'm not running games I'm...

How Zer0 runs games
Reactive Chronicle System (RCS) blends the best of many GM styles into one flexible, player-powered experience. It takes West Marches’ freedom—no fixed parties, no strict schedules—and the living, reactive world of sandbox play where factions and stories shift with player choices. When you want a focused session, it’s got mission-based vibes, and it weaves in character-driven arcs that bring personal stories to life. After years running Rifts—where you get everything from fragile Human Librarians to ancient dragons on one team—I know how to balance any challenge. Time travel? We roll with the Many-Worlds Interpretation, meaning changing the past just creates new parallel timelines, not wipes the old one out. I run a sprawling, persistent Megaverse that supports any group and style. With RCS, you get total freedom to explore connected worlds, eras, and infinite realities—any story, anytime, anywhere.
