About me

I'm Chris and I love being a Game Master. It all started in high school when ran an improvised Star Wars game in the early 2000's. That game ended up turning into a monster that lasted for the next seven years (and covered every available Star Wars system at the time). I haven't stopped running games since. Since that first game, I've run Dungeons & Dragons for over a decade, gushed over Cortex Classic, gained a love for worldbuilding through the endless RPG books bursting with details, taught myself photoshop, ran games for strangers, made a fool of myself in front of friends -- all of it in the service of getting better at a game that I still cannot get enough of. Like I said, love. Outside of RPGs, I watch a lot of movies and TV. I also enjoy professional wrestling, co-op videogames, audiobooks, cooking, walking, painting, and getting to do all of these with my partner, two dogs, and freeloading cat-shaped roommate. ****** Tools that I use to make my games come alive: Photoshop, Inkarnate, Dungeondraft, Canva, Google Docs, Midjourney (with heavy editing), free and Patreon-sourced artwork, Foundry VTT, Tabletop Simulator, Owlbear Rodeo, D&D Beyond, Spotify, and YouTube. ****** DISCLAIMER: I strive to make all of my tables as inclusive and welcoming as I can.
