About Von
My name is Von and I have been playing D&D for more than a decade and have been a DM in-between years. I am also a huge comic book nerd specifically for Marvel. A huge part of my life is attributed to Marvel and my consummation of their media. I know all about their universes, their characters, and their stories to heart. Which is why I intend to run the Marvel Multiverse RPG, also as a love letter to the platform and other comic book fans out there that wish to live in such universes.

How Von runs games
With TTRP being my hobby, I went to Film school and spent majority of my life being in the Production Industry. I like to think that my first hand knowledge of Film helps my DM-ing style with heavy focus on roleplay, characters and writing to give a proper cinematic experience for the players with meaningful action sequences that develops not only your characters, but you as a player too. While this may sound like heavily scripted events, you couldn't be more wrong. Learning about screenplay and improv allows me to let the players write their own stories with their own decisions, and my role only exists to guide your own choices to greater feats of storytelling. I prioritize Fun above anything else.

Von's ideal table
I want my table to feel light, friendly and comfortable. I'd prefer not to deal with power-gamers and min-maxers. I personally prefer casual and possibly newer players who are trying to learn the game or just here to roleplay their favorite OCs and see how they do in an actual fantasy setting.
