Welcome to my little corner of the internet. I'm Eras Volteal and I will be your storyteller. Primarily run Exalted 3rd edition, but I do branch out at times to other systems for one-shots and the like. I love TTRPGs, role-playing, and writing! Telling stories is when I am happiest, and getting to do it with other people is awesome. Be that done through altering pre-made modules for a game system or making my own homebrew setting for a game-system. Games set in the latter tend to become canon events in that setting. I sometimes stream my game prep, writing sessions, and other things over on twitch.tv.

GM Style

I have a passionate love for storytelling and role-play. While they are but two of the pillars of TTRPGs, I find that they are the thread that binds everything all together. The games that I run tend to be more plot heavy with focus given to social interactions, intrigue and of course giving the BBEG's minions a good thrashing! Personally I am still new to doing voices for characters, on account of being a little bit shy with doing them, but I do try! I do not demand this of my players, however. Being shy about it, I understand feeling unsure or hesitant. I welcome everyone at my table, even if you are new. When it comes to combat, I tend to play more tactically based on the enemies the party challenges. I encourage, and enable, my players to do much the same. A lot can be done with a well-thought-out plan, and I am not above through some hints, though that's not to say I won't throw a curveball occasionally.
