About Edrick "Uncle E" McKnight

Thanks to my wife, I was introduced to D&D 13 years ago and have been in love with it ever since. That love of playing has now given me the confidence to branch out as a GM as well. I will always ensure that my games are new and veteran player friendly. As a player engagement, interaction and fun is important to me so as a GM these are at the forefront for my players. Rules are a part of D&D but they will not be the barrier to fun in my games. My games are a safe space for LGBTQIA players, players of any race or creed, and players 18+ (as some games may involve adult language or themes).

How Edrick "Uncle E" McKnight runs games

The rule of cool is my style. Yes, the rules are important but if it makes sense in a cool way let's do it! In my games I want you to be able to see and experience as much as possible of the story and action so the Tech is important to me. So, oh yeah... You better believe I want you to see those fireballs as you let them rip. I want you to hear soothing and immersive sounds/music in down time as well as heart throbbing sounds/music during epic battles. In my games player choices matter. Some of those choices will have an immediate impact while others will come into play much later in the game. Fun is most important, never forget that... I look forward to being your next GM!
