About me

I'm Alex, a data engineer on the East Coast who has been running TTRPGs online and in-person for most of the last decade. I like stories about dastardly lowlifes and epic heroes and everything in-between. I cut my teeth on GURPS and Pathfinder 1e, but my favorite campaigns have been in 5th edition D&D, Cyberpunk 2020, and Pathfinder 2e.

GM Style

I run predominately homebrew games in sprawling sandboxes filled with intrigue and fantasy politics. I like games where players hop off the rails and start forging their own paths. Most of my games feature heavy, technical combat, but I've also ventured into socially-dominated campaigns fueled on drama and character interactions. I like to try to emulate the feeling of the greatest pieces of media in the genre I'm running (I really think all TTRPGs *should* be genre pieces), but I always want to take advantage of the unique opportunities tabletop has to give characters real freedom to pursue ambition.
