About me

At heart, I'm a bard, a balladeer, a troubador, a minstrel, a STORYTELLER. And I don't know of a better or more fun way to create a unique story than through TTRPGs. I've been DMing for more than five years, running numerous campaigns, including one that's now headed into its fourth year. I love the collaboration and camaraderie that goes into every Dungeons & Dragons session. I like to keep my games fun and loose, where the Rule of Cool always takes precedence over the exact wording of the actual rules. I'm inspired by NADDPOD, Nerd Poker, and other likeminded funny D&D stories. With me as your DM, action, adventure, and NPCs with really, really stupid names are guaranteed. I love having fun while I play D&D, and if you do, too, I'm your guy. I'm excited for you to join me at the table for epic adventures, shenanigan-fueled sidequests, and everything in between. Let's tell a story!

GM Style

I love the roleplay aspects of TTRPGs, because, A: it can be the most interesting part of the game, and B: because I love doing character voices and accents. I also dig combat, because that's what most of us come here for, right?! We don't get to swing swords or cast spells or defeat monsters in real life, so let's do it here! I use a "live" battlemap with minis (rather than Roll20, etc.) with multiple cameras to show the action. Not Critical Role-level insanity with terrain/maps, but if you don't mind rough edges, it's fun on a bun! Homebrew campaigns are my forte. I like creating new lands and new adventures. Like most DMs, I use a number of House Rules to make the game better.
