About me

Hello Folks, I've been a player and game master of many role playing games since some time in the mid-1980s. I've played all manner of style and genre with my favorites being Superheroes and Science Fiction. I ran my first successful long-term original campaign (over the course of nearly 2 years) in the late 1990s and have had several more since. I'm probably the rare bird that enjoys GMing a bit more than playing and have been running weekly one-shot adventures for walk in players at my local gaming spot for about 5 years now. So, I'm experienced with introducing new players to TTRPGs and their rule systems as well as meeting experienced players at their play styles. I’m interested in everybody’s fun. My goal is always to have a person I've just met come back next week. I hope to welcome you to my worlds.

GM style

I am a proudly narrative GM. For me, it's about the story and how the players help create it at the table with their role-play choices, investigative decisions, and their combat play. I tend to run original stories. I enjoy worldbuilding on scales large (epic backdrops) and small (interesting NPCs). I also enjoy improvising and flowing based on what the player’s characters do. My adventures aren’t rigid, but the character’s actions have consequences. Be thoughtful because your character can shape the narrative and, if you're not careful, the world.
