About me

I am a recent graduate with a degree in mathematics, chemistry, and French, and a minor in physics, so I enjoy science. I was also a hockey player and a rugby player in college so I have a passion for sports. I have been playing RPGs since I was a kid, but I fell in love with Dungeons and Dragons as a college student and have been a DM for 4 years now. I have created an entire campaign setting and have run 5 successful campaigns (one of which lasted 2.5 years and got to level 20). I am also a talented digital and physical media artist and use RPGs as a creative outlet often drawing character art, and maps. I am open to all play styles and game themes, however, I quite enjoy realism and the fun associated with high-pressure survival situations. The first and most important part of my games is that I ensure everyone is having fun, and secondly that everything is being dealt with fairly.

GM style

I feel I am a well-balanced GM. I enjoy the roleplay and occasionally use character voices (especially with monsters such as goblins). I am also very excited by face-paced and high-tension combat which I make use of to advance the storyline or enhance the depth of the world. I make use of complicated political and social structures within my campaigns, however, I never shy away from humor and silliness with my storylines.
