About Steve
I am a player and a GM. I have been playing for almost thirty years and GMing for twenty. I am a chef, so my hours will be early morning or on days off. While I enjoy combat, I love telling a story that develops over time. I love seeing characters fall in love, grow to hate each other, mourn each other's deaths, and grow to be more than they started as. I like to start and end each session with "How are you feeling." It can be either personal or from your character, but I like to feel the mood of the character. I also enjoy open ended backgrounds. Give me something to make the story personal, give me npcs to appear so you can interact with them. Do you have someone you want to protect? Is there someone you hate? Do you have a bounty hunter after you?

How Steve runs games
I love roleplay. I have limited voice and try to give npcs life. I enjoy some crunchy combat, but in the heat of playing roleplay often trumps hard numbers. I am all about the story, give me something to build off of and we can create epic campaigns. Give me weak backgrounds and crunchy numbers and you can murder hobo your heart away. I want people to leave the table amazed at what their character did, and what they found out about them.
