About me

As a Dungeon Master for D&D 5e, I thrive on crafting immersive and dynamic adventures that keep players on the edge of their seats! I love to orchestrate grand, climactic boss fights that hope to challenge even the most seasoned adventurers while also testing the wits and teamwork of the party with crafty puzzles. My campaigns are rich with social encounters, allowing players to navigate complex relationships with both allies and enemies, and captivating dungeons filled with secrets and treasures to explore and uncover! I aim to provide a gaming experience that is both thrilling and truly unforgettable!

GM Style

I aim to incorporate all three pillars of D&D into every game I run: combat, exploration, and social interaction. Not every fight will be (or ought to be!) life-or-death; but for boss fights, you bet your sweet behind that I'm crunching damage output vs total HP on both sides to make it a nail-biter to the very end! When exploring the world, I love it when a player's imagination sparks--whether that be through a unique map illustration, an obscure detail from the narration, or their own intuition of what feels right in the described setting--and they engage in new and innovative ways. Finally, just because every NPC has hit points doesn't mean that you'll get the same information in a fight that you would over a cup of tea! Enemies and even some monsters aren't un-swayable...and just because we roll initiative doesn't mean that diplomacy has been exhausted! While I don't have any professional background in voice acting, I love to do fun voices for my NPCs! Not only does it help to differentiate each NPC from the others, but I've found that it also makes it clearer when I'm in character VS narrating as the DM! And while playing with me, you're never going to run out of what to do next. If anything, I make sure the party is spoiled for choice...which also means that plot hooks unattended may change the flow of the greater narrative! Your choices impact the world! So what are you going to do about it? Just sit back and let it happen? Or are you going to do something about it?
