About Smurfey
I have been playing D&D for over 20 years and I have been the DM of my in person table top game for the last 3 years. My 5th edition games are a mix of roleplay, tactical combat, and the occasional dungeon crawl. The choices that my players make matter. Their backstories are woven into the narrative using a mix of homebrew and modules to create an experience that players love to get invested in! I want to share my experience with players who are passionate for playing table top games. New players and veterans alike are welcome to join in and share on the fun. How Smurfey runs games
I enjoy a mix of roleplay and tactical combat. When I roleplay I tend to use character voices for most of my NPCs. I encourage players to interact with them in character, however using a funny voice is not a requirement. All of my players are welcome to engage in any way that they feel is comfortable whether in 1st or 3rd person. Choices matter in my campaigns. I set up the scenario and my players are the ones who tell the story. That being said, combat is challenging and character death is a possibility in order to raise the stakes.
