About John Savage

I am a TTRPG nerd through and through. I have been playing since I was about 10 years except for about 5 years after leaving the Army. After really getting back into the hobby I started trying to find a way to make it a career. I made high end wooden RPG accessories for almost 5 year. During that time I also started a nerd bodycare company, Charisma 20, with my wife. Creating in the TTRPG space is what I love more than anything, so now I am here to get one step closer to making TTRPGs a career

How John Savage runs games

I like to have a much more player driven game, I like laying out a scenario with a few ideas how I can see it being resolved. I focus my prep on the people which makes it easier to react when players inevitably come up with some crazy ass plan to resolve the conflict. Improve and flexibility are in my opinion every GM's most valuable tools. The only outcome I look for is players having a good time.
