GM Style
Brennan Lee Mulligan, "The game is not about what you prepare, it's about what happens" season 7, ep.6 As a Game Master I want something fun and a story that becomes our own: high court drama, horror, fated romance, sleeping evil wakened or slash-and-shoot action, or even something campy and 4th wall-breaking. Come and travel under a thousand suns! Join comrades over mead, cross your sword with claw, peek through the scented veils of palace courtesans, venture across shifting sands and sea...well anyway, let the imagination run. My GM style is flexible and cinematic, and I am down to add new mechanics to combat or roll play (making it advantageous and dangerous). Roleplay is my favorite part if you do too, lovely! As a GM here are my lines -I am fine roll playing arguments, flirtation, and lying intrigue. -Intimacy "scenes" are a no. -ROLEPLAY *Any action at the table should not be taken personally. *If a PC's (player character) actions have no in-game motivation that *Action will be redacted (Example: Random theft from other PCs and AbilityScore bullying etc. -No evil characters (Roleplaying a goal antagonistically is different) -Karmaitc Law: *If players do extreme evil (i.e. torturing or murder-hoboing) negative repercussions will happen. *Good acts will earn boons

I had the absolute pleasure of playing a solo D&D mission with Dan as my Dungeon Master, and I can't express how amazing the experience was. Dan is not just a DM; he's a master storyteller who knows how to set the perfect mood and atmosphere. From the moment the adventure started, I was completely immersed in the world he crafted. His storytelling skills are truly top-notch. The way he described scenes, characters, and events made everything come alive in my mind. The attention to detail was incredible, and it made the adventure feel incredibly real. But what really stood out was Dan's ability to create a seamless give and take between us as player and DM. He listened to my character's actions and decisions, adapting the story on the fly to incorporate my choices. This not only made me feel engaged and invested, but it also showcased Dan's flexibility and commitment to providing a tailor-made experience. I can't thank Dan enough for the time and effort he put into crafting this solo adventure. His storytelling shines through, and it's clear that he genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences for his players. If you're looking for a DM who can transport you to another world and make you an integral part of the story, Dan is the one to go to. In conclusion, my solo D&D session with Dan was an unforgettable journey filled with excitement, mystery, and incredible storytelling. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a DM who goes above and beyond to create a magical and immersive experience. Thank you, Dan, for an adventure.
He is a stellar world builder, inserting his imagination into established worlds/game systems seamlessly. As such, you can expect a new adventure that allows you to be creative with your character. He follows the rules very closely but is excited to tweak things with you to keep the game feeling creative and personal without breaking fair and balanced play. Interacting with his variety of characters is always a blast, and he always seems to have a few ready for when the group goes on unexpected tangents.
