Hi, I'm Risa, a human and definitely not three goblins in a trench coat! My TTRPG journey started in the 2000s with The Dark Eye and the old Star Wars RPG. I've been a fan ever since. I've mostly played and run DnD5e, but started getting into Pathfinder2e about a year ago. PF2e is currently my favourite system, but I am very excited about the upcoming Girl by Moonlight game. My favourite thing about TTRPGs is the role-playing and the ✨big emotions✨, followed closely by nitty-gritty mechanics and exploration.

GM Style

Short version: I offer ✅ character focused stories ✅ as much role-play as you want ✅ generally no restrictions on character options ✅ tough, but fair boss encounters ✅ VTT over Foundry with many QoL modules ✅ self made maps with premium assets ✅ custom music from excellent composers ✅ games for everyone, except bigots Long version: I love telling stories together with my players. Even though I mostly run published adventures and pre-made modules, I usually edit those to fit the party. In my opinion a game gets much more interesting when the main characters have an emotional stake in all of it. I strongly encourage my players to create whatever character they want and write as long a backstory as they want. If your character could somehow exist in the game's setting then we're good, go wild! And if you want to brainstorm character ideas with me, I'm also down for that. Apart from all the role-play I like to present my players with tough, but winnable boss fights. I think that the finale of a big chapter should be rather dramatic, both emotionally and mechanically. FoundryVTT is the platform of choice for running all my games. My focus with modules is mostly on automation and QoL. Instead of using modules for animation I rather ask my players to describe their spell or attack. When I run a published adventure I recreate all the maps myself with Crosshead assets in DungeonDraft. I use music from a few different TTRPG composers to create a lively soundtrack. If anyone is interested I'll gladly work together with them to find a track that can be their character's theme and play in the background of important scenes. All my games are LGBTQ+, BIMPOC and disability inclusive. Any and all bigotry will not be tolerated. My games are generally 18+ but always SFW.
