About Queezy

I got into tabletop roleplaying gaming with Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 2nd Edition with my dad as GM. My first character, an impossible Dwarf Ranger / Thief, somehow survived a slew of high fantasy shenanigans. I was hooked and have been playing and running adventures ever since. If you are looking to craft epic stories together in an immersive, dangerous world then I'm here for you. I strive to capture the same comradery and fun of in-person gaming at our digital tabletop. For the better part of three decades I have played and ran roleplaying games in a variety of campaigns and systems. I cut my teeth playing D&D 2nd Edition and Rifts and went on to run campaigns in a d6 system of my own design, Star Wars RPG, MIB Men in Black (The Roleplaying Game), D&D 3.5, and most recently in 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons. I have also recently ran games in Knave 2e, Mongoose Traveller, Tales of the Valiant, Shadowdark and Daggerheart. I have been running weekly games in Fantasy Grounds for the past eight years with a focus on beautiful maps, tactical and enjoyable combat, and player creativity. When not playing tabletop role-playing games I play chess, slap the double bass, sing tenor in choir, and run the occasional ultramarathon in the woods.

My favorite system of all Time is

My own system called Anteatha that was one fantasy role-playing game, each character having two classes, three actions per round, four tiers of spells and abilities, and rolling only d6.

Queezy's ideal table

When I imagine an ideal table I picture a bunch of friends hanging out enjoying the game and each other's company. We laugh together. We roll dice together. And some of us are veterans of the hobby but at least one of us is brand new. Somehow everyone arrives precisely on time, never too late of too early. Everyone knows every aspect of their character sheet both mechanically and how much of each resource is still available. Each character has an interesting backstory, goals that they would like to obtain, and a glaring flaw that sometimes leads to tense situations. Every player shares the spotlight and makes sure everyone else is having the best time of their life. And the generosity of us all respecting each other's time and lives outside of the game overflows into a heartwarming therapeutic experience that at the end of the session leaves us all itching to return the following week.
