About me

Hello! I'm Levi (they/them), and I've been GMing tabletop role-playing games for almost ten years now. I specialize in Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition and Heart: The City Beneath, but I'm also familiar with the Monster of the Week and Savage Worlds systems. Like many people who got into D&D within the last decade, my first exposure to TTRPG was Critical Role, and as soon as I understood what a GM did, I wanted to be one. I take a lot of inspiration from Dimension 20 and The Adventure Zone, and I love trying out new concepts and settings in my campaigns. My goal is for everyone at my table to feel comfortable and have fun: to laugh, cry, and express themselves in an accepting and safe environment. I've also worked a lot with new players, including people who have never played D&D or a TTRPG before. "Herding cats" is kind of my specialty, as a lot of the friends I've roped into playing with me over the years are excitable, neurodivergent queer folks. I'm also able to figure out other platforms for play if necessary; I'm most familiar with Discord, but I like to think I'm web-savvy enough to figure out just about anything. GMing is my passion, and so long as you're as committed to a fun, welcoming, and respectful game as I am, I'd love to have you at my table!

GM Style

I love to tell complex, meaningful stories, and as a result, my campaigns focus more on role-play and collaborative storytelling than on dungeon crawling or number crunching. I prefer parties of 3-8 players, but I've been known to work with as many as 10 at a time. If you choose to play in one of my games, you can expect colorful NPCs, lots of character voices, handmade maps, detailed settings, a little bit of rule-bending, and plenty of improvisation. I'm a big fan of homebrew, and a firm believer in the Rule of Cool. If this style of play appeals to you, then I'm the GM you're looking for!
