About me

Hello Everyone! My name is Piers and I love storytelling. I've had many hobbies over the years but I always seem to circle back to DnD. I love running pre-made campaigns as well as home-brewing some goodies along the way. I currently lead multiple campaigns among friends but wanted to branch out as one can never have enough DnD. I am very well acquainted with Roll20 and making maps whens needs arise, and love how technology has made it so friends can play DnD across the globe. I am working on a homebrew campaign, but would love to start by leading some of the amazing campaigns released by WotC. I like campaigns with a good balance of roleplay and combat, but happily tailor my style to fit a groups needs. I always run a session zero to find out what everyone is looking for in a campaign and if there are any topics to be avoided. I'd love to have you join me for my next adventure!

GM style

I love giving my players the space to make choices, and find that a good balance of RP and combat opens up the floor for different types of players to flourish. I also have some hombrew rules I often implement to make combat a little faster paced. I like to reward creativity of players, even if that means stretching the rules a little bit. I think that is the beauty of 5e, it gives a great foundation and opens up the floor for lots of innovation. Oh, and I also love making the multitudes of voices the various NPCs require.
