About Peter
Hi there I split my time between living in the UK (4 months a year) and sailing around Europe (8 months) aboard my yacht. Thanks to a reliable internet connection wherever I go, I’m able to host games in any timezone with smooth voice/video and virtual tabletop integration. I’m a GM with over 10 years of experience, and I’m still running games for the same core group that started this adventure with me a decade ago. My campaigns are fully bespoke, built around each player’s backstory and personal goals, woven together into evolving narrative arcs that blend character-driven storytelling with tactical, cinematic combat. I believe the best D&D experiences come from a balance of roleplay and action, where choices matter and the world reacts to the party’s decisions. Every campaign I run is unique to its players, no pre-written modules, no cookie-cutter stories. Whether your group prefers the intrigue of urban politics, the grit of survival adventures, or the sweeping epics of divine prophecy I adapt the world to fit your style.

I once ran a session...
In a stormy anchorage in a force 8 gale I once ran a session for my group, having to stop every 15 min and check my anchor was not dragging !
Rules are...
My DM style is pretty fluid. We’ll follow the rules as a baseline, but homebrew and rule tweaks are absolutely on the table if everyone agrees. D&D is a collaboration this isn’t my game, it’s our game. As long as we’re all on the same page and it keeps things fun and fair.
When it comes to voices
When it comes to voices, I’m not great at accents but I still try. Accents are never required. I do recommend a small voice change or speech pattern for characters, though, because it really helps separate in-character moments from out-of-game talk.
Peter's ideal table
My table is collaborative and flexible. We use the rules as a foundation, but I’m open to fluid rulings and homebrew when it makes the game more fun and only if everyone agrees. This is very much a shared story, not a DM-vs-players experience. Communication matters, and I’m always open to feedback.

I love it when a player
As a DM, I love when players think outside the box and come up with unexpected solutions or wild ideas. If you have a clever plan, an unconventional approach, or a “can I try something?” moment bring it on. I may ask a few questions to keep things fair and grounded, but creativity is always welcome.
I think metagaming...
I try to keep metagaming to a minimum at my table. I love when players make decisions based on what their characters know, not what the player knows from experience or the rulebook. Honest mistakes happen, and I’ll usually give reminders, but intentionally using out-of-character knowledge, is a no.
My perfect party mix is
My ideal party has a bit of simmering tension beneath the surface. Not all heroes are exactly as they seem, and everyone can have their own motivations or personal goals. This isn’t about outright conflict or PvP party cooperation always comes first but subtle friction, secrets, and differing ideals
