About me

I am a real life Wizard 🧙‍♂️ (or, at least, I'd love to be..! ). I have been DMing for over 25 years(since highschool!) , and I still love it. Player Characters are the stars, I just guide them along an epic adventure. I enjoy reading, practicing and studying to hone my DMing skills. (Other hobbies: I also enjoy playing with my toddler daughters, training Brazilian jiu jitsu and I enjoy videogames)

GM Style

I run Character centered Games. Characters, their drives and goals matter, and players have truly a free choice of where to go, what do do. The thrill of a combined story (DM + player actions) is what keeps me playing after all these years. I like crunchy, tactical combat, but I am really flexible on this point, I also frecuently run theater of the mind combat. I do voices as best as I can, and I flesh out my npcs, making them memorable. One of my top qualities is weaving a multi layered story, where everything ties together. I am told my villains are top notch 😈(many times I fall asleep thinking what the villains are plotting..). I love role-playing, but moving the story forwards. I enjoy more gritty, low magic settings, but I'm really flexible on this point as well.
