Mountain DM

About Mountain DM

HelIo fellow adventurer! I love playing DnD just as you do, and I have been for approximately 6 years. I graduated to the roll of perpetual DM 5 years ago. My introduction was a strange blend of 3.5 an 4e (it was very unclear what we were doing) and I was hooked. I was thoroughly taken by the hobby and I began looking into it on my own at a local card shop. From there I embraced story telling potential of the game. My biggest joy is when the table feels engaged in the story whether it be a fast paced combat, difficult dungeon exploration, or interesting roleplaying situations. I will often but not always give NPCs voices to help people roleplay. By providing descriptive language and a consequential narrative, I intend to make the PCs feel like their decisions matter. They are an important part of the setting as they bring the story to life. I also work towards cultivating a friendly and productive atmosphere. One unfriendly player can ruin the experience for everyone, myself included, so you can trust you'll be treated with respect at my table by all members of the table. If you choose me to DM for you, expect me to be accountable, reliable, prepared, and engaged from week to week, including between sessions. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to bring adventures to life and to be a professional DM. Now let's go on an adventure!
