About me

I have been playing various tabletop RPGs for over 20 years now. I have an extensive list of tabletop RPGs which I have played in and have thus been exposed to the rules & mechanics (Chronicles of Darkness, Dark Heresy, Dresden Files RPG, D&D 3.5, D&D 5e, Iron Kingdoms, Legend of the Five Rings 4th & 5th Editions, Pathfinder 1st and 2nd Editions as well as Pokemon Tabletop United and World of Darkness). As for the role of DM, this has only been done for a few campaigns (some spanning several years) as I have only just started DM'ing in the last 5 years or so, non-professionally for my friends. That being said, I would only be comfortable running the following games of late as I am reorganizing and sorting through, thus rebuilding my maps, assets, music and other tools to better accompany my campaigns: - Pokemon Tabletop United; - Chronicles of Darkness (Core, Second Sight & Hurt Locker only for the time being). Since all my physical content (minis, rulebooks, etc) cannot be of much use so I will be periodically getting content from D&D Beyond to eventually be able to host and DM some D&D 5e as well, but for the moment, this is not a possibility.

GM Style

Some DMs think the goal is to kill their players or provide a hard difficulty with many challenges. I would kindly disagree with that logic, having been a player at the mercy of such DMs in the past. My goal as a DM is to provide a fun, compelling and story-driven narrative, with combat, RP, moral choices, plot twists/intrigue and to overall make sure my players have a good time and head home with hopefully epic tales that they can cherish for years to come. I feel it is important to note that I do not adhere to the lore of each tabletop RPG since most of the time it is a full world creation that my campaigns go through. I use the mechanics as a means to add structure to the world I will be creating, so lore will be provided on successful roles or as needed from NPCs. I find that it helps prevent meta-gaming with more veteran players.
