About me
Welcome, I am a seasoned DM who is also willing to be a teacher, who runs mostly homebrewed campaigns. If you are looking for a game, or a full campaign I will be happy to host for you!
GM Style
Welcome, I am a storytelling GM who really enjoys teaching the game to new players, and giving all types of players a wonderful story along with interesting roleplay, puzzle and combat options. I tend to role play most of the NPC's to keep an engaging session as much as possible! My games generally give a portion of each game to role-play, with some puzzles and 1-2 battles per session depending on the setting (both tactical and dungeon delving on the setting and group). I prefer to try to get my games within 2.5 - 3 hours each session! I generally will GM either Dungeons & Dragons 5e or the newer 2024 D&D rule sets now, but I also have experience is both creating worlds and GM 3.5e ruleset as well! I hope to see you in game! If you also want, I can put the games up on youtube so you can enjoy it afterwards as well, or take notes if you want to do more of a campaign style!

Friendly and had a good setup. Game was seemingly advertised a session zero brand new campaign but it quickly became clear that it wasn’t. Wanted to record for YouTube (maybe Twitch too) without asking consent. I fully admit to not lasting more than 15 minutes as I was uncomfortable with the idea of being recorded.

I participated in a one shot campaign with him and it was fun and interesting despite some technical difficulties that were outside the GM's control. The world was interesting and the battle we had was engaging.

A Knowledgeable GM that knows when and how to flex his authority appropriately. Very open world oriented. Easygoing. Puts up with rules lawyers and murder hobos with patience and skill. Everyone enjoys playing with him running the show.

Very enjoyable one-shot game experience using the new 2024 D&D rule-set. All players happened to be playing characters with highly updated rule-sets and Madgarou was able to swiftly answer and resolve any confusion on the new melee rules. The DM allocated time well so the group got a well balanced mixture of creative improv roleplay and combat game mechanics. Great session!

Mad allows for most actions in games and gives a lot of freedom to the choices of the players to affect the story, He takes into account backstory and spends time building the world with the player's goals in mind. I highly recommend him as a DM for players of any level
