About Cole | Lakuna

Hi everyone, my name is Cole but I also go by Lakuna! I’ve been GMing for over a decade now. I’ve run games using Star Wars: Saga Edition, D&D 5th Edition, Genesys, and many things in between. I love running different systems and learning about what the TTRPG world has to offer. I’m currently enamored by the OSR and am running a Worlds Without Number campaign in my own personal game. I always love a Sandbox style game where the PC’s get to learn of the world they’re in and we get to create fun stories together. Hope to create wonderful moments and stories with you soon!

How Cole | Lakuna runs games

I love a great story. I love to roleplay with my players and share and wonder in the moments and characters we create with each other. I will lean into the rule of cool whenever I can, and don’t like wasting time looking up for a ruling. I would rather come up with a fun and agreed upon ruling rather than spend our time together looking for a rule in the book. I LOVE to give my characters different voices and always like to surprise my players with the voices I come up with. I love creating stories and secrets for my NPCs and worlds that the players can learn and investigate if they so choose. My absolute favorite thing is talking about our sessions. I love hearing how excited players are to play, and what their favorite moment was in the session.

Fun and exciting moments. In depth role play and personal stories of the heroes. I also love consequences. Good or bad, consequences push the stories forward in new and exciting ways!

When it comes to voices

I do ALL the voices and love coming up with new and exciting voices for my Npc’s. I love when my players do the same, but that’s definitely not required!
