About Kieron

I’ve been running tabletop RPGs for over 30 years and love creating immersive fantasy adventures where players shape the story. My games focus on memorable NPCs, tactical combat, and meaningful choices where every character has a chance to shine. Whether you're brand new to D&D or a veteran adventurer, my goal is to create exciting, collaborative stories and unforgettable moments at the table. I run fair and engaging games using the rules as written as a foundation, while staying open to creative ideas and the occasional “rule of cool” when it enhances the story. As an artist, I also bring custom artwork, maps, and visual handouts into my games to make the world feel vivid and alive.

How Kieron runs games

I’ve been playing and running tabletop RPGs since the 1980s and focus on creating fun, collaborative adventures where every player has a chance to shine. My games mix roleplay, investigation, exploration, and tactical combat, with a strong emphasis on character interaction and a living world that reacts to player choices. I run fair and engaging games using the rules as written as a foundation, while staying open to creative solutions and the occasional “rule of cool.” I run games on Roll20 and Discord, and as a professional illustrator, I create custom maps, artwork, and visual handouts to bring the world and its characters to life.

Rules are...

Rules are important and keep the game fair, but I also value game flow. If a rule is unclear during play, I’ll make a quick, reasonable ruling so the game continues. After the session I’ll check the rule and clarify it for the group next time.

My table is friendly, welcoming, and collaborative. I enjoy players who engage with the story, interact with NPCs, and work together as a party. Roleplay and creative problem-solving are encouraged, while tactical combat and classic adventure remain part of the experience. I genuinely enjoy seeing players succeed and celebrate those moments with them. Respect for fellow players is essential, and the goal is for everyone to have fun while creating a memorable story together.
