About me

Greetings adventurers, scoundrels and thrill-seekers, and well-met. I have been playing TTRPGs since the mid-eighties and started GMing shortly after that when I discovered I have a fruitful imagination and a knack for storytelling. My RPG interests are wide-ranging, but currently, I am playing; Blades in the Dark, Scum and Villainy, Dragonbane, Star Wars FFG, Star Trek Adventures, Bladerunner RPG, Alien RPG, Pathfinder 2e, and of course, Dungeons and Dragons 5e. I enjoy games with Roleplay and Theater of the mind, with a little help from Foundry VTT. I always felt alone in my gaming interests and my "Geekdom." I didn't know that you all were out there! I am excited to meet you all, now that the rest of the world has caught up to us and can see that the "Geeks will inherit the earth!"

GM style

My GM style is very much " Go with the Flow" and "Create on the fly." I have created my own worlds and "Home Brews" for most of my GMing career. I love acting and Roleplay and love it when my players do the same. ( They are roleplaying games, after all) I use voices and other tools like music and sound fx to help make an immersive "Theater of the Mind" experience. This is why Blades in the Dark is right in my wheelhouse. If you haven't heard of it or experienced it before, I would love to show it to you. I am a very inclusive and calm teacher of the games I play, and I will walk you through the game and give you confidence and a safe place to play and enjoy yourself.
